2023-02-11

You know that it is important to use an Air Sterilizer to sterilize the air within the working environment, but do you know what are the precautions for using Wall-mounted UV Air Sterilizer? How to use the air sterilizer to maximize its disinfection effect? In order to exert the effectiveness of this machine and ensure the best disinfection effect, please pay attention to the following requirements:

Multi-Functional Air Sterilizer

1. Do not use beyond the volume range: machines of different specifications and models have their maximum effective disinfection range, please do not exceed the rated disinfection volume range, otherwise the disinfection effect will be affected.

2. Pay attention to the airtightness of the room: When testing the disinfection effect, please close the doors and windows to keep the room well airtight, and strictly prohibit unrelated personnel from entering to ensure the disinfection effect.

3. Pay attention to the sanitation of the surface of indoor objects: the sterilizer is only effective for air, and has no disinfection effect on the surface of objects. If there is a lot of dust on the surface of indoor objects, secondary dust will be generated when the machine is working, causing continuous contamination of air microorganisms, which will eventually lead to the failure of disinfection within the specified time;

The surface hygiene of indoor objects must meet the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Health on the surface hygiene of environmental objects. The floor, the lower part of the wall, and the surface of indoor objects (including the top of the instrument cabinet) should be cleaned and disinfected every day, and the entire wall and ceiling should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected 1 to 2 times a month. In addition, it is not suitable to hang curtains and other cloth items that are easy to absorb dust and raise dust.

4. Selection of the start-up time of Wall Mounted Uv Air Sterilizer:
①Preventive disinfection: Disinfect regularly 1-2 times a day. Each start-up is generally arranged before going to work in the morning and after get off work in the afternoon. Program-controlled settings can be used to complete this time period.

②Dynamic disinfection: The purpose is to control and reduce the secondary pollution of ambient air during personnel activities. It is generally carried out during peak periods of personnel activities. When a new patient enters, start the disinfection for 2 hours, and this period can be completed by temporary timing.

5. Under laboratory conditions, the average lifespan of the ultraviolet lamp is 5000h. When the ultraviolet lamp is found to be damaged, it should be replaced.
